The police on Thursday arraigned a 65-year-old man, Nze Corlinius, at a Wuse Zone 2 Senior Magistrates’ Court, Abuja, for allegedly defrauding a Briton, Davis Harries, of N5 million.
The accused was arraigned on a four-count charge of criminal conspiracy, impersonation, theft, and cheating.
The offences contravene the Penal Code, according to the police.
